Constipation
If
you are concerned about your bowel movements it is wise to consult
a doctor. However, there are preventative methods that can be
utilized to prevent constipation from occurring. Following a healthy
diet is a priority. Foods rich in fibre should be consumed on
a daily basis. Whole wheat bread, anything with bran in it, fruits
and vegetables are all aids towards regular bowel movements.
Exercise,
so beneficial in many ways, is also of use here.
Note:
If you are taking any medication, check to see if constipation
is one of its possible side effects. Consult your doctor if this
is the case and see if he/she can prescribe an alternative course
of treatment.
