To submit a free obituary you hereby agree and understand that:

1. Your content can not contain any hateful, harrasing, threatening, libelous, pornographic, racial or misleading information.

2. You deem any and all information submitted to be accurate and in no way fraudulent.

3. Nowhere in your content can there be information that could violate any civil, municipal, provincial/state or federal laws.

4. Your content will not violate any copyrights or intellectual property.

5. You must provide a valid email address when creating your obituary. We do not send unsolicited email (see our privacy statement).

6. Anyone found to be in violation of the above stated terms and conditions will have their content removed immediately and if applicable the information will be passed on to the proper authorities.
